Private Tutoring

I have been offering private tutoring since 2017 and have been tutoring in some capacity since 2012. I specialize in tutoring college math but have tutored high school and late middle-school level math in the past. Tutoring can be an excellent supplement to in-course instruction. The one-on-one nature of tutoring allows the tutor to further explore learning methods that work for the individual tutee, resulting in a much more personalized learning experience. As a tutor, I emphasize self-directed learning through practice and presentation. Common courses I have tutored for include

• Calculus I, II, and III

• Lower-level college math courses, such as college algebra, pre-calc, remedial math, calculus for business, etc.

• Linear Algebra, theoretical and matrix analysis

• Most higher level courses including analysis, algebra, topology, etc.
